Rucci's, located in White Plains, MD, is a casual Italian-style deli that serves up a variety of delicious fare. My dog, Isla, and I really enjoyed the patio. We sat under a palm tree and ate a delicious meal. Izzi really enjoyed the meatballs, without sauce, and a large bowl of iced water our waiter kindly provided. The waiter even provided a 5 min dog sitter while I paid the bill. This will be our go-to dog-friendly restaurant in White Plains, Md!
