Root Down Biergarten

Root Down Biergarten, located in Phoenixville, PA, is a casual brewpub that serves up a variety of delicious brews and tasty grub. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a cold beer (of course) and an order of the Loaded Nachos - corn tortilla chips topped with white cheddar, queso, roasted peppers and onions, salsa, lettuce, avocado puree, lime sour cream, and scallions. Next, chow down on the Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos with shredded iceberg, beer-battered cauliflower, vegan buffalo sauce, avocado puree, crispy garlic lentils, and scallions. Or go for the Brisket on a Biscuit - two house-made cheddar biscuits with slow-roasted brisket, melted pepper jack, diced pork belly, roasted onions, and chipotle maple BBQ sauce. Root Down Biergarten is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 12am, and Sunday from 11am to 8pm. Visit Website
