  Amazing hidden gem

  food was fantastic. they brought water bowls out for the dogs and when our meal was served they showed up with two dog bowls of treats for our two dogs

  Very accommodating

  This was a great place to eat with our dog. It’s a little off of the beaten path, which made it nice, and not quite as busy. The staff were very accommodating, asking about how our dog was with other dogs, and giving us a choice of tables where we’d be most comfortable. It was a nice peaceful setting, with great food and drinks!

  Lovely location

  This is probably the best spot to eat with a dog on the Island. Large patio with many tables, all with umbrellas, in a nicely landscaped, shaded setting behind the Island House hotel. Plenty of room for your dog and very accommodating. Great food too! Whitefish is outstanding.

  Nice staff and away from the crowds

  Right away the host provided us with a bowl of water for the dogs. He was great! No water views and tucked away in the back overall the restaurant was nice. Menu is limited in general but if you like BBQ you can find something. Able to purchase chicken or beef for our dogs as well. Will return!

  Diverse menu, good food and drinks and helpful staff. Pet friendly, they brought a water bowl on request. Got in easily with a reservation on a busy summer Saturday.

  Dogs welcome

  Great place to have lunch and bring your dog along. Food was good, dogs got a water bowl to hydrate. We didn’t know there was a separate entrance for the restaurant but we were allowed to walk through the hotel with the dogs to get to the restaurant.

  Friendly staff

  Whitefish and chips were awesome. The whitefish dip fantastic! They ran out of the pupaccino they had posted at the front, but they brought my dog water and made a point of keeping her away from other very “sociable” dogs. (Mine is a very little and old dog) enjoyed the atmosphere a lot.

  THis place is a bit away from the heavily congested, with beautiful outdoor seating in the back. Pitchers of ice water served. Ribs were perfectly smoked w a bit of fat on them, so delicious. Nice salad menu, and we also highly recommend lavender infused cocktail
