we stopped in Winthrop for a day and managed to eat both breakfast and dinner at the cider house, both which were quite enjoyable.
the patio is dog friendly, and the staff enjoy engaging with the pups.
we found breakfast to be really good value for money, but dinner a little bit expensive for the food quantity & quality.
the patio is well shaded, spacious and presents an enjoyable atmosphere.
one thing to note, which may be a seasonal issue, there were a lot of wasps hovering around the patio, which made enjoying dinner a little bit difficult (however, this issue was present across most areas in Winthrop while we were there). - MelissaAug 13, 2022Lovely Patio
Came here mid August
They have a great front porch with 5 or 6 tables on it and it’s 90% covered for shade. The table are far enough apart that your dog won’t be distracted by other dogs. They immediately brought our boy out some cold water and the ciders, service, food were good too! - LIZJun 23, 2021Dogs and owners relegated to a kennel
I've never experienced anything like this. It was supposed to have a dog friendly patio but the area we were directed to was fenced in with wiring fencing, 3 tables, over grown grass where we could view the very nice patio and pick up our food and drinks at a small counter where a hole had been cut in the wire fancing. Wow.
