The Prospect is open Monday through Tuesday from 8am to 11am, Wednesday through Thursday from 8am to 11am, then 6pm to 9pm, Friday from 8am to 11am, then 6pm to 10pm, Saturday from 8am to 2pm, then 6pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 8am to 2pm, then 6pm to 9pm.       Outdoor Space & Great Food

      The Prospect is part of Scribner's Lodge (also a Pet Friendly hotel and very pro dog) and across from Hunter Mountain. In the warmer months they have a Food Shack that sells drinks & food, but you can order from the bar. There's outdoor deck seating, lawn seating, firepit seating, etc. They even have dog bandana's colored green or red for friendly/quiet dogs. Food is really a highlight there and great drink selection (a bit of organic Brooklyn restaurant in the Catskills).
