The Portland Malt Shoppe in Duluth, MN, has a walk-up window for easy ordering with Fido. There are also a couple of dog-friendly picnic tables overlooking the lake where you can enjoy your malt, sundae, or ice cream cone. Get peanut butter or banana if you want to share with your pooch! They are open seasonally from about the end of April through mid-October.
