    Cute and quirky, the Comfort Cafe serves up classic breakfast and brunch favorites on a "pay what you can" basis as a donation to Comfort Cafe's parent organization, SerenityStar. SerenityStar is a nonprofit that supports families recovering from addiction. Dogs may join you at outdoor tables on the front patio while you enjoy your meal and supporting a good cause. Comfort Cafe is open Friday through Sunday from 8am to 3pm. Visit Website

      Amazing atmosphere

      Everyone was so kind and happy to be there. They greeted our pup and gave her water. It’s a great place to have breakfast or lunch with your pup. Plus the concept is amazing.

      Great stop in Smithville!

      Thanks to BringFido for letting us know about this place. Good food for a good cause. Service was great. Our dogs received so much attention. They cooked them up an u seasoned chicken breast that they devoured! We will be back when we are passing through.

      Super delicious

      my 160 pound puppy was greeted with open arms, the food was out of this world, all the staff was super friendly, and service was exceptional. There is a fabulous dog park right across the street.
