Hog Island Oyster Co. in Marshall, CA, is a casual, dog-friendly eatery where Fido is welcome to join you at an outdoor table beside the bay where their oysters are grown. The onsite Boat Oyster Bar serves a light, seasonal menu of raw and BBQ’d oysters, salads and fresh seafood specials. Their take-out window, dubbed 'The Hog Shack' serving picnic supplies, including meats, smoked salmon, cheeses, assorted beverages, and small nibbles from their farm kitchen. All oysters and shellfish are sold live and unshucked.
