The pet-friendly patio features a new mural by local artist Night Owl in honor of Tommie, and dogs are always welcome as a way to honor him. To further encourage healthy relationships between pets and their owners- plan a date with Fido at River City Roll and they'll take 10% off your bill. Order a TOMMIETAIL Cocktail and a portion of the proceeds go to Richmond Animal Care & Control in Tommie’s honor. The patio is adults only after 7 PM.
