  Barking Dog lol

  We stopped after a long day of driving and our dog was a tad energetic... Barking as we all cheered during a football game. We had the patio to ourselves, but I appreciated how accomodating they were. Everyone cheered along with our four legged friend. They also brought him a cut up burger patty and water, so sweet! Would definitely come back and feel comfortable bringing any Fido!

  Disappointing Atmosphere

  The picture associated with this post is NOT the location on Walnut. Based on the picture and the menu from their website which they direct you to when you tap the DesMoines location, we thought we were going to an upscale tavern. Instead we were greeted with a “dive”. The menu was “limited”… so limited it fit on an envelope sized (laminated) piece of paper. Two appetizer selections, three burger choices, etc. The only thing accurate about this location is that it does have a pet friendly patio, which is actually covered - so bonus if you happen to show up there in the rain. The ladies were very friendly and brought out a water bowl and treats for the pup.
  Looks like it would be a great location to watch sporting events … just not what we were expecting.

  Very dog friendly place

  Visited 6/9/2021. Had some great wings, the best chili ever and nachos. The bartender brought our dog Lottie some treats and a bowl of water. Very accommodating and nice people.
