  Perfect for celebrating Jimmy Buffet

  We came mid-afternoon and had quick service with a great smile. Greta, our canine traveler was set up with a (matching pink) water bowl with ice. It was 91 degrees, but pleasant under the outdoor shelter. The River gave a very pleasant ambiance. Special of the day was the shrimp salad sandwich. My sister ordered the coconut shrimp. Both were made with premium shrimp. We rounded out with a side salad and large water and iced tea. The outdoor bar was inviting, but we were on a lengthy road trip for the day. Well worth going out of the way, based solely on the Bring Fido reviews.

  My pup had a great time

  We visited for lunch with our 8 week old puppy the Tuesday after Memorial Day so it wasn’t packed but was busy. It was our puppies first outing. The hostess and servers were excellent bringing our puppy water as soon as we sat down. Our puppy loved exploring the water, sand and being loved by all the servers and customers that were so happy she was there.

  Dog Lovers & Bacon Bartenders!

  Fun waterfront, beach atmosphere where dogs are welcome in the outside areas, both the covered patio and the sandy beach bar. Dio was welcomed immediately with a bowl of water and a bartender slipping him a piece of bacon. Parking can be a bit of a pain and needed to walk from a nearby lot, but wasn’t too bad. Dio and I will be back!
