Wild Tomato

Wild Tomato is a dog-friendly grille, specializing in wood-fired pizza. Outside, you and Fido will find a dog-friendly patio with twelve tables. Dedicated to making a positive impact on the world, the owners, Sara and Britton Unkefer, try to implement their ideas of sustainability, fresh ingredients, and locally sourced ingredients every day at the Wild Tomato. In addition to being responsible restaurateurs, they have crafted a menu full of interesting pizzas, such as the Baller, topped with meatballs, wilted spinach, house-made giardiniera, and red onion over sun-dried tomato basil sauce, finished with mascarpone fondue. Very dog friendly

We took our huge Bernese mountain dog with us last night to eat and everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our dog. As soon as we sat down they even brought him his own bowl of water. Highly recommend!

    We love Wild Tomato

we will often take our pup for a walk at one of the state parks followed by lunch at Wild Tomato in Sister Bay. they have a lovely back patio with shade and she is happy to plop down for a nap. We have done this many times and we love it there!

    Pup friendly pizza joint

Had 2 dogs (1 small, 1 large) with our group. The staff was very accommodating and brought my big girl a bowl of water. A couple of the staff even asked to pet my girl. Definitely dog lovers here. Good pizza and a great option if you want to be able to eat with your pooch. One note, the beach/park across from the restaurant is not dog friendly. There are some benches and grassy areas near the restaurant to use while you wait for your table.

Amazing pizza & fur kid friendly

First time to Wild Tomato and they impressed! We went on a busy Sunday and only waited about 25 minutes. Got drinks at outside bar and waited with other dog friends in area overlooking lake. Sat on patio.. Pizza was so so good! Brought water bowls for dogs. They were friendly. Dogs got crusts. Would definitely visit again!
