Beertown Public House

Beertown Public House is a dog-friendly pub in Cambridge, ON, where Fido is welcome, but must be tied to the fence outside of the patio. A fusion of a retro public house and a modern beer bar, this pub's menu was built around a chef-driven kitchen. This location boasts more than 25 draught lines including 7 rotational taps, fusion tower, and sell-out cask nights. Visit Website

    Dogs not very welcome

This location is unwelcoming to dogs. They will allow your dog to sit in the parking lot, but not on the patio.

    Not friendly!

Our 7 lb Yorkie, well behaved and secured in a stroller, due to choking risks, was not allowed next to our table. We could have left her outside the patio wall, in the parking lot!! This chain, which includes Moose Winooskies, Sociable in Brantford, and Beertown, are very unfriendly to well behaved pups. We are travelling and were very surprised at how unfriendly Ontario restaurant patios are to dogs. Thankfully, after an hour of driving, we found 4 Fathers Brewing Co.
