Rocky Mountain Taco is a dog-friendly food truck located in front of Vail Brewing Company in Vail, CO. Choose from a taco, quesadilla, burrito, or torta. And then fill it with your favorite fillings like the Alambre with grilled steak, bacon, chorizo, bell peppers, onions, cheese, and avocado spread, the Carne Asada with marinated and grilled sirloin steak with avocado spread and topped with pico de gallo, the Hippie Crack with red potatoes grilled with poblano, Anaheim and red bell peppers, onion and avocado spread and topped with pico de gallo, cheese and crema, the Pork Carnitas, or the White Chick with White Chick with grilled chicken in a creamy Alfredo-esque sauce.
