Paradox pour a selection of Barrel-Aged American Wilds, Sours, and Lagers, and invite local food trucks to pull up alongside the beer garden and help satisfy the hunger of its patrons. Paradox Beer Company brew with patience and passion, where a hands-on modern brewing process meets ancient brewing techniques. Using a carefully selected base recipe, beers from Paradox rest in barrels for a minimum of four months, or even years, before being blended and infused with enhancements used to create the signature taste and quality for which Paradox is known.
