Fairchilds Public House
Fairchilds Public House is an on-site restaurant inside the Hyatt Centric in Mountain View, CA. The restaurant includes a covered patio that comes complete with water bowls and hooks for dog leashes. The chef, Matthew Brady, who is perhaps better know an as Tia’s dad, created a special “Pups at the Pub” menu; everything is made inhouse, with human-grade ingredients and no seasonings. The most popular items are Tia’s Treats, peanut butter and pumpkin biscuits, and doggie ice cream made with peanut butter, yogurt and bacon bits.
