Mountain Cowboy Brewing Company in historic downtown Frederick, CO, is a dog-friendly craft brewery and coffee house where Fido is welcome to join you at an outdoor table. They have multiple options for outdoor seating with plenty of shade in the summer, and covered domes for winter. Water bowls are provided. Their menu features hand-crafted ales and lagers, as well as house-roasted coffee. They also have selection of pastries and cinnamon rolls at various times throughout the week, and Bavarian pretzels with mustard. There are sometimes food trucks on site and guests are also welcome to bring their own food.
