Bard & Banker
The historic Bard and Banker in Victoria, BC, is dog friendly and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This classic building offers ambiance, while the menu features a modern steakhouse vibe and the wine cave provides an assortment of choices. Note there is no reservation option for the outdoor seating, so first-come-first-serve, but the street-side outdoor seating is umbrella covered and has heaters to keep Fido warm in winter.

The outdoor seating area was a little tight but they found a place for out for our standard poodle to lay in the shade. The food was excellent and they brought us a water bowl too.
