Kelly's Old Barney Restaurant is a seasonal, pet-friendly restaurant within Barnegat Lighthouse State Park in Barnegat Light, NJ. Leashed dogs are welcome at outside tables in the backyard with views of the lighthouse. They serve a variety of sandwiches and salads, burgers, clam chowder, fried seafood platters, and more. Breakfast is also served daily.
