    Slow, Obnoxious, & Crude

Friendly on the phone when we called to confirm they had outdoor seating and dogs were allowed. Drove 30 min from rental house and arrived at 6p. figured out what we wanted from an online menu site. I went inside to order ad they were understaffed and could serve the outside tables. ordered a mixed drink, 2 sodas, the recommended nachos, and the chicken wrap (shaved chicken with onions, peppers, and melted mozzarella-- a cheese steak, only with chicken and in a wrap). order placed at 6:10~. Outside, we realized the outdoor seating was their smoking section. The rowdy crew out there were friendly, but loud and crude. After one of them decided to relieve themselves at the edge of the woods within sight of my wife and father-in-law, we moved to a pavilion with picnic tables at the back of the lot. the music speakers were blaring bad 80's hair band and bad country twang, so at 6:40, I went in and asked if they could turn the outside speakers down. they turned them off, which we were grateful for. I went back out. meanwhile the crew by the outside tables had dwindled, but the half a dozen left were making loud noises like one might here in a primate mating zoo. loudly. disturbingly. at 7:10, after an hour of waiting for nachos and a chicken wrap, I went back in. the food was still not ready. I asked to cancel the order and tried to pay for the drinks. the manager came out of the kitchen and asked how long I'd been waiting and told he the food was being prepared as we were speaking. I said, "I dont know, 30-40 minutes..". I said, if the food was ready to go we would take it to go. she then said, "next time, try to give us some time to make it. this isn't mcDonslds.". (adorable that you think there would be a next time). 2 minutes later she came back and asked if I wanted lettuce, tomato, and Mayo on the wrap. I was confused and more than annoyed. I said, "yeah, whatever". after another two minutes, I went to the kitchen doors and asked, why she was asking that since the wrap comes with grilled onions and peppers. she stopped and said, "you wanted the hot sandwich?". (we had waited 60 miniurs for a cold one? ) I said, forget it. I'll pay for the drinks. this is ridiculous. she proceeded to take my money and then lectured me again about how this wasn't McDonald's. Lady, I didn't confuse you with a fast food restaurant. horrible experience. dog was terrified by the motorcycles, the cigarette smoke, and the random shouting.
