      Turned away, no dogs allowed in winter

      Reviewed Cochino's website extensively. Welcoming dogs on the patio. We had visited Cochino several times before. The entire resturant is what I would consider an enclosed patio. The walls are temporary and brought down in nice weather, making it an enclosed patio. When we arrived we were turned away because the enclosed patio is not considered the patio.
