Kent Black, their pit master, is a third generation BBQ chef who learned his craft at the eighty-four-year-old, family-owned, Black's BBQ in Lockhart, Texas. He still utilizes the same techniques as his grandfather in 1932, including a simple rub and local Post Oak Wood. On the menu, you'll find beef brisket, pork spare ribs, smoked turkey breast, homemade sausage, giant beef ribs, and a number of sausages. You can combine a number of these meats with a bun, pickles, onions, and some BBQ sauce to make sandwiches.
