At dinner, choose from wok-charred ahi tuna, macadamia-nut crusted mahi mahi, waipo taro enchiladas, Kahua Ranch lamb, or Hawaiian butcher's cut filet of beef. Save room for a cup of French-pressed Kona coffee and a sampler of three Merriman's delectable desserts.
