We had not heard of this hotel chain before. But the reviews looked good. And we were pleasantly surprised. Easy on/off the highway. No noise from the highway. Lots of area for the puppy to do her business. Big rooms, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Near all amenities. Only problem was with the faucet handle in the bathroom. Very hard to turn on and off. But had lots of hot water when needed. We’ll stay again on our way through.

The room has a full kitchenette, a couch, a desk and 2 TVs. The back of the property has a large grassy area that is well lit for walking the dogs after dark. The only thing I didn't like is that we were put up on the third floor and one of our dogs is terrified of elevators. Why don't they put all of the dogs on the first floor?

Fabulous suite! There was a full kitchen and two bedrooms. Everything was clean and inviting. Breakfast was great! Thanks for a great night! Plenty of green areas for my pooch.

Most of our stay was great! Love the extra space a suite provides. Thought it odd there was only a queen bed, not a king, but not an issue. Water pressure in the shower was amazing but it was almost impossible to turn the water off completely. Also, the first morning I could only get the water to very warm, but day two was better. Could hear conversations in the next room’s bathroom, so don’t expect privacy. Didn’t experience this in the other rooms. Breakfast was a little skimpy for anyone avoiding gluten. Day one had a scrambled egg patty, but not day two where yogurt and a fruit cup were the only options. The yogurt machine is a joke. Could barely get 1/4 cup before it apparently ran out. Other than food, our stay was pretty good.

The dog aspect was awesome. Large cut grass batch and a few sidewalks nearby. But for the humans a little lacking. For example, the largest towel in our room was a hand towel. No shower curtain when the shower clearly needed it and no shelves in the shower.

The hotel is good for dogs with a substantial lawn rather than just a patch of grass. There are also residential and shopping areas nearby where you can take your dog for a longer walk. Service was outstanding! There were some issues: the door lock had to be repaired before our cards would work, and the refrigerator door opens the wrong way so that it is very difficult to get things in or out of it. Still, a reasonable value for the money.

Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff! Nice room! There was one room available on each floor and I was given a choice! Asked if we needed help with luggage, which was a nice gesture. We loved this stay!

Good dog area, lots of grass and places to walk. Biscuits from the desk clerk. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was usual fare, staff was pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel for you and your four legged friends. The hotel room is clean, nicely decorated, and very roomy. Each room is a suite with a nice kitchen. We will stay there again on our next outing.

Great suite, lots of room, lots of lawn to walk dog; some visitors were not so good at picking up after their pets but that’s not the hotel's fault. Convenient location, super clean, decent continental breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Cypher was super calm due to the rooms being suites so he didn’t hear all the hustle and bustle. We were also at the end of the hallway so entry and exit was easy from the stairs.

Steve was great! Our dog is afraid of elevators & stairs. Unfortunately, we picked a sold out night & was on the 3rd floor. Very nice, big, clean room.

The good, staff friendly, ok dog walking nearby, clean bathroom. The not so good. The carpet was so dirty and sticky we literally stuck to it. The couch and chair were dirty and felt like grime. Pretty expensive for what you got.

It’s not the newest hotel you’ll stay at, but it’s clean and perfectly comfortable. Most importantly, they welcome your dogs, have a lot of outside room for them to run and comfortable beds. Also, very nice staff all around!

We had a 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen and loved staying at the Grandstay. Lots of space for our Service dog (Chocolate Lab) to run!

We arrived with our lab puppy and were pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to leave him in our room, in his kennel for short periods of time. Being on vacation and not being able to take him everywhere, that was a huge plus. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Our only complaint was the bed was horrid. Way too soft and neither of us slept well. Next time we will probably opt for 2 beds so we can at least stretch out more. It was a nice enough experience to overlook the uncomfortable bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave my dog a treat at check in. The lobby was clean and neat. But then we got to our room (a 2 bedroom suite) to find that one of the bedrooms' windows was boarded over with plywood. When we called the front desk to ask for a different room, they said they had "forgotten" about the window and that they had been "trying to get it fixed for a month." And they had no other rooms. Honestly if it wasn't for the window, I would have overlooked a lot of other things. But that only made the loose tile and water damage wall in the bathroom and the dusty walls even more unbearable.
