This is a beautiful walk between two marshes. Easy walk and beautiful pier

Pitt Street Railroad Bridge was the perfect place to walk our girl. It’s very interesting, and the locals who fish off the bridge are so friendly. I would actually recommend this over the beaches.

This is a paved walking/biking trail in a charming neighborhood that takes you out into the inlet. Very dog friendly and lots of benches to stop and sit or places to lay out a blanket and relax and enjoy the views of the water. It’s also a historical spot. Once you pass the sign, park along the trail on the gravel to the right-hand side and walk about 50 yards to get to the trail.

It's pretty driving through the historic neighborhood to get there. There's some side street parking. It basically dead ends with parking then in front of you is the walkway/Greenway. It's beautiful walking along the water. The views are gorgeous. There's a water fountain for the pups and garbage bins. No bathrooms for humans though. The walkway is all out in the open, so no shade. Be mindful of that because it gets hot here, especially in the sun.

This is a nice walk on the water assuming it's not super hot and sunny (no shade). There is an old fountain for your dog to get water if needed. On leash is necessary due to other people and fisherman.
