Wonderful
Pitt Street Railroad BridgePitt Street Railroad Bridge was the perfect place to walk our girl. It’s very interesting, and the locals who fish off the bridge are so friendly. I would actually recommend this over the beaches.
Sunset with my doggie
Sullivan's Island BeachThis is a great place to walk off an early dinner and watch the sun set. There was one oaf who couldn’t control her untagged dog, and it attacked our dog. Luckily, she was okay. I wish they would enforce the law, but we enjoyed Sullivan’s anyway. Early evening parking is easy. I wouldn’t try during the day during peak season.
Really great
The Shelter Kitchen + BarWe were very happy with the food, service and live music. Our dog was warmly welcomed. It is on the corner of Mill Street, which is a safe, quiet street to walk a dog if he/she becomes antsy.
Very patient with our new dog
Grimaldis PizzeriaWe stay very close to Grimaldi’s, and even though we elected to take our dog back to the rental, the staff had been very patient with her when we ordered. The pizza is delicious. The dog has since received some training.
Pooch Perfection
Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Mount PleasantWe are frequent visitors to the area, and have changed how we roll since adopting our dog. We have stayed here twice. The room was clean, the management was friendly and accommodating to our dog. The location is convenient. If you walk your dog in the shopping center, do so in the morning and evening because that pavement gets hot. The beaches and the parks mentioned on BringFido are good for mid-day walks.
