Serene trail with great views
Pitt Street Railroad BridgeThis is a paved walking/biking trail in a charming neighborhood that takes you out into the inlet. Very dog friendly and lots of benches to stop and sit or places to lay out a blanket and relax and enjoy the views of the water. It’s also a historical spot. Once you pass the sign, park along the trail on the gravel to the right-hand side and walk about 50 yards to get to the trail.

Lovely Breakfast Spot
Black Magic CafeWe loved this place so much that we stopped in twice on our trip to Charleston. Great breakfasts, smoothies and full coffee bar. We brought our two dogs and ate on the shaded patio.
