    Clean, fresh water

On a stop while driving down I-81. Less than a mile from exit 4A. Clean, three sections: small dogs, all dogs and agility. not much shade, though.

    Great stop while traveling through

While traveling to the Poconos from Buffalo we stopped at this park to stretch our legs and give the dog a break from the long car ride. We found it clean and safe. We met some nice locals there with their dogs. Added bonus was the skate park! It was fun watching the skate boarders doing their tricks! Located very close to the highway so easy to get back on our way!

    Not so great

went today and the whole area was flooded and nasty. Not like anyone could do anything about it since it’s just how early spring is but would be nice to have a bit more gravel or drainage...

Nice clean park- fully fenced, 3 separate areas: All dogs/small dogs/agility training course. Bring your own water, bowl and bags. Free of charge.

    Steer clear

Took our dog to the park. 2 pit bulls and a mixed breed running around with not an owner in sight!
    Stay away!
If this is a City of Binghamton park, someone should have a sign that says Animal Control will be called for unattended animals. Such a shame!

    Great park !

A cold weekend in February 2017 had me in Binghamton for youth hockey games. Stayed at the downtown Holiday Inn which is very pet friendly $40 dog fee for two nights. Looked up local dawg parks and this was only 10 minutes away.
Bark Park has 3 divided areas...smaller area for small pups, a similar sized area with obstacle course type objects and finally a huge middle section that even when snow covered was awesome.
I took my 2 year old female boxer both Saturday and Sunday. After reading the review of some bad owners, I was wary when pulling up, but both days met 3 wonderful locals who had great dogs. Great conversation, dogs all played well and burned the energy off. The only downfall is the wind coming off the river...dress warm!
I hope this review is the new norm at the Bark Park.

    Pretty Good

The park is very spacious, there is a water fountain for dogs to drink from, there are two big shade trees to lay under and a few fire hydrants/ tree stumps for them to pee on. Separate area for big dogs and small dogs. The only thing that I would change is there were no other dogs there. I went on a sunday and it was just me and my dog alone

    Cheri A. Lindsey Bark Park

Typical setup in two sections, a large one for large dogs and a smaller section for small dogs. Not many trees for shade. Online directions to find park are misleading. The park is in the elbow of Truesdell Street that wraps around the north side of Cheri A. Lindsey Park just off Chenango Avenue and it overlooks the Chenango River, just north of the Binghamton Plaza and K-Mart.
