  Great local dog park

  I love this park and bring my pups there often. Most dogs are friendly and my pups have a good time. But, poop could be picked up better and I wish more small dogs came to the park!

  Watch out...

  ...for a middle aged woman, w/a medium brown dog (huskie mix?). Her dog will hump female dogs, and if your dog snaps back in protest, her dog will attack your dog. I used to go to this park several times a week and it was great. Today this woman's dog aggressively attacked my dog; I had to separate them, and leave the park. The woman insisted that this her dog was simply being normal. Dog parks are great, except when you encounter irresponsible owners.

  IT has benches and water and even a pool in the summer.

  Cherry Avenue Dog Park

  This 1.5-acre park is enclosed with a 4-ft high chain link fence. This park has 2 sections, one for small dogs and one for big dogs like me. The surfaces have wood chips, with one bench and water.
