this is our favorite dog park even though it’s not the closest to our house!

It is the best one in both Osceola and Polk County.

Our first time at the park with our two dogs. There were no kiddie pools (ok, ours probably wouldn’t have used them anyway) & our WI native dogs learned to use the bubblers (apparently called water fountains everywhere else) and we had fun on the agility equipment. Unfortunately, only one other dog showed up while we were there, so the whole point was kind of lost. The biggest issue though was that there were rampant fire ants, which we didn’t notice right away. As soon as we got in the car to leave, our older dog went crazy itching & rubbing her face & body all over the car. This continued the rest of the evening. She couldn’t eat, couldn’t rest, vomited several times, and was absolutely crazy with the itching, even though we tried everything to relieve her. Thank goodness she’s better today.
Seems like a decent park (a little small), but I don’t think I’d chance it again.

First time here and it was very nice. It is clean and has more grass than dirt. We will definitely bring our fur babies back. Could use more cover for hot days but other than that it is great!

the park is now two years old now and we get between 10-15 each afternoons/evenings for running and playing. It's a great environment for dogs to play in with two kiddie pools, an agility ramp and tunnel.
