Pet Friendly Fort De Soto Dog Beach Park
Fort De Soto Dog Beach Park The Fort De Soto Park has large fenced areas for both large and small dogs, including dog showers for those hot days. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the park on a six-foot leash, except on any beach. The Paw Playground area is the exception -- dogs are allowed on the beach, and they are allowed off leash on that area of beach. They can also run free inside the fenced areas. On a hot summer day, you can cool off your dog by hosing him down, and drinking water is available too. The park also has plenty for two-legged visitors too -- an old Spanish fort to explore, gorgeous parks, overnight camping with plenty of amenities, and picnic areas. Pet Friendly Dog Beach at Pier Park
Dog Beach at Pier Park Dog Beach at Pier Park is a pet-friendly space in Panama City. Located on the right side of the pier, dogs must be kept on-leash and cleaned up after. See Details
Jupiter Beach (Off-Leash Beach) Jupiter Beach is home to one of Florida's best off-leash beaches. Dogs are free to roam a designated section of the beach running along A1A near Ocean Cay Park. Visitors can park their cars for free in the lot at the intersection of Ocean Blvd and Marcinski Rd or in one of the spaces along A1A. Friends of Jupiter Beach (FJB) is dedicated to keeping the beach clean & dog-friendly by promoting the rules of the beach & continuous beach cleanup activities. Smyrna Dunes Park Dogs are welcome to join you on-leash at this lovely inlet which also includes showers, bathrooms, and plenty of parking. This park has five ecosystems represented within it, elevated boardwalks, picnic pavilions, nature trails, an observation tower, and more. See Details
Lee County Dog Beach Lee County Dog Beach, also known as Bonita Beach Dog Park, is located along the edge of Lover's Key State Park. It’s an off-leash beach to let your dog run free and frolic in the shallow, calm water of the Gulf of Mexico. There are no fences, leashes, or worries. Just plenty of dogs of all sizes to play with. Many people visit that don't even have dogs but enjoy watching them run and play with their furry friends on land and water. You can't see it from the main road, but follow the signs around the trees and a clearing will open up to Dog Beach. During high tide, you may have to wade through some water to get to it so be prepared. There is a portable toilet, and no running water so remember to bring some for your pet. Gulfside City Park Gulfside City Park is pet-friendly. One of the many pet-friendly beaches of Sanibel Island, Gulfside City Park is located near a City of Sanibel and Federal nature preserve. The beach is also home to threatened and endangered nesting shorebirds and sea turtles during much of the year. Dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum 8 feet) at all times, and owners are required by law to clean up after their pets. There are picnic tables, wash stations, and restrooms available, and an hourly parking fee is charged between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm (free after 7 pm). See Details

Haulover Beach Park Haulover Beach Park features a bark park with an enclosure for small dogs (less than 35 lbs.) and large dogs (more than 35 lbs.) located near the south picnic area. Entrance to the bark park is through parking lot #3 located on the west side of Collins Avenue if traveling southbound or through parking lot #4 located on the east side of Collins Avenue if traveling northbound. The bark park features shade trees, picnic tables, and drinking fountains for both dogs and their companions, as well as doggie waste bag dispensers and waste containers. The park is open daily from 8am to 4pm in the designated beach area between lifeguard tower #2 and #3 only. Dogs are welcome with their companion on the portion of the beach directly across from the bark park and accessible through parking lots #3 and #4. Honeymoon Island State Park Freedom to roam, white sandy beachfront, gentle lapping waves and crystalline water means happy pooches and owners alike. In addition to having their own beach on the southern tip of the island, dogs are also allowed on the nature trail. Pets must be on a 6-foot handheld leash at all times while in these areas. Clear Kayak Tours Through Jupiter 'Clear Kayak Tours Through Jupiter' is a pet-friendly Airbnb Experience hosted by Karen. Enjoy a kayak lesson and a tour through Jupiter on the water. Brohard Paw Park Brohard Paw Park is the only beach area in the county where dogs are welcome. This dog-friendly beach offers doggy and human drinking fountains, dog showers, fire hydrants, leash posts, picnic tables, and benches. See Details
Canova Dog Beach This 9.1-acre community beach park includes a small pavilion, grill, picnic shelter, benches along crossover, restrooms, drinking fountain and outside showers. One of the 3 dune crossovers is wheelchair accessible. Canova Beach Park is home to Brevard County's only dog-friendly beach. All dogs must be on a leash and must wear tags showing their current license and vaccinations. There is no cost to use the Dog Beach, however owners must pick up after their pets. Fort Lauderdale Canine Beach Fort Lauderdale allows dogs on-leash in a large marked area of the beach. There are dog bags, water, and beach showers at this dog park. There is even a city officer on site to help with any problems and rule enforcement at the beach. The beach is close to the road, but officer and dunes are both between the beach and the road, so really, the only issue is parking. The beach is only open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A one-weekend permit costs $7 per dog. See Details
Lighthouse Point Park Lighthouse Point Park and Ponce Inlet Dog Beach is a great place to relax with Fido and it provides a wonderful view of Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. It is a great place to get some wonderful photos, and they even provide doggie clean up bags. This is not an off-leash park, so make sure Fido is leashed at all times. Hobie Island Beach Park Hobie Beach is Miami-Dade County's only dog-friendly beach. This off-leash beach is a man-made pooch paradise. Your pooch can roam around the sand and dive into the water, but be careful of the windsurfers slaloming around the water. There are lots of places to park nearby and places to chill in the shade while your dog plays. The beach can be accessed from sunrise to sunset. See Details
De Soto National Memorial Beach Bring your pet for a dip in Tampa Bay at this friendly beach, where dogs are allowed as long as they are on-leash. Outdoor showers nearby. See Details
Dog Beach of Hollywood Head out to the Dog Beach of Hollywood where all members of your family, canines included, can enjoy fun at the beach. The dog beach is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, year-round. Hours are 3:00 pm-7:00 pm, November through May, and 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, April through October. Daily passes and six-month passes are available from a park ranger during dog beach hours or The Department of Recreation and Cultural Arts, 1405 S. 28th Avenue. The Dog Beach of Hollywood is monitored by a park ranger, however, good dog park etiquette is highly encouraged regardless. Aggressive dogs are not tolerated, and owners are expected to clean up their dog’s waste. Furthermore, dogs are not allowed on the beach outside the designated hours or location. See Details
Walton Rocks Dog Beach This off-leash dog park was established on 24 acres of beach property so canines can romp in the sand and surf. Walton Rocks Dog Beach also has covered picnic tables, restrooms, and plenty of room to roam. See Details
Lazy Dog Adventures Lazy Dog Adventures offers a couple of different pet-friendly excursion. The first is a regular rental, which includes a kayak with your pooch across the channel and down the canal. There are plenty of birds and coconuts floating by along the way to keep your dog entertained. Option two is the doggie paddle. Several people take their dogs in the kayaks to a sandbar together. It's like a private island dog park, so your dog will be tuckered out for the rest of the day by the time you make it back to the marina. Lazy dog is located on Stock Island, the first island north of Key West, at mile marker 4. The two-hour guided tour runs daily at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m and is $50 per person. Dogs paddle for free. Key West Dog Beach Dogs will have some fun in the sun here, but be sure to keep a close eye on your pup, as this is a rocky beach. After getting a little exercise on the beach, head over to Louie's Backyard, which is located next door to the Dog Beach and is a pet-friendly restaurant and bar to grab a refreshing beverage and bite to eat.
