- LaurenDec 23, 2023Great Park!
We are road tripping with our two husky breeds from Colorado to Oregon and stopped to let the pups out to burn off some energy. We were very plesently surprised with the quality and expanse of this park. All the dog owners seemed very attentive, friendly, and respectful of other patrons in the park.
It was a bit difficult to find the park compared to the parking, but nothing Google maps couldn't help us navigate. This is a dog park worth utilizing. - TriciaSep 7, 2023Behind Agriculture Bldg across from Bridge- Femced in
hard to locate. park in agricultural bldg lot & cross over walking bridge. the enclosed park is huge, grassy, lots of trees and well maintained.
would have given it 5 bones, but SLC has lots of homeless encampments around and kind of sketchy to get to. I would Not come here once the sun goes down.

Lovely big park, would definitely recommend.
- SaraNov 1, 2021Friendly and clean
We stopped while on a long road trip to let our dog run around. It was easy to find and right off the highway. We found some friendly people and dogs. Our boxer got to get all her energy out with some playing and running.
- KrisJun 14, 2021Great spacious dog park (albeit a bit hidden, and be mindful of homeless camps nearby)
As aforementioned, the park can be difficult to locate if you're new to the area; but the establishment is wide that dogs off the leash will have plenty of space to run, play, and relax. Many of the patrons have donated tennis balls for play, and there's bowls laid out for water and a convenient water fountain to refill the many empty milk bottles left for refilling them. Locals are friendly and mindful with their dogs.
My only gripe is that, lately, the surrounding park area has recently become a gathering area for SLC's homeless community, and many seedy camps have been erected near the creek where the park situates. They largely leave the dog park area alone, but if you're uncomfortable about an encounter, you may want to bring company with you.

The dog park is nice and big, but it has a sharps container posted outside the fenced area. this tells you it’s a place to stay away from. drug fiends all over!
- VickiApr 7, 2021Great park!
This was a nice large, fully fenced dog park. All the owners were very attentive and our dog had a great time!

This park was a large open grass area. Not much to see but still an awesome park for dogs to run and play!

A little hard to find if you’re not from around here. Thankfully there are signs pointing to the off leash area. Love that they have jugs of water to fill up the bowls around the park. Very clean.

Had a great experience here. Worth seeking out. It’s behind the agriculture building & across the bridge. Not only is there the dog park, there is a walking path around the park. Would highly recommend.
- TiffanyJan 16, 2018Puppy heaven!
This was the perfect place to get rid of some cabin fever. Green grass (green for winter, anyway), fully fenced, and respectful, friendly owners. I live in south Davis county and this is by far the nicest enclosed park close to my home (that I have found so far). Love it!
- BreaMore than a year agoNice, big, fully fenced park
Love this park. It is fully fenced with lots of trees. Well maintained and close to the Jordan River.
- AngelaMore than a year agogreen grass to run!
Great green grass where pups can run! Nice shady areas and picnic tables. Second favorite park in SLC

A large park for any size dog to run and play. People are courteous and clean up after their dogs. Picnic tables and benches to sit at. Lots of large trees for shade in the summer! Would definitely recommend.
