We loved this spot and enjoyed bringing the dog inside to do something fun. Recommend!
- TylerMar 15, 2024Dog friendly!
Let’s be honest, this is an alien themed tourist trap, but still entertaining. Admission was super cheap. Museum was fairly small but loved getting pics of our hound pack with the aliens. Staff were super dog friendly. Nearing the theater room you could hear loud thunder-like noise which could scare some pups but we tried to avoid that area. Overall a good experience. FYI, the Roswell Visitor Center is also dog friendly.
- JenOct 22, 2023Good visit worth the money
plenty of parking
welcoming to the dog
human restrooms available
lots of exhibits - may have some fear for dogs at the non human figures. our biggest issue was our dog wanting to investigate toddlers that were there.
everyone was kind and learned lots. lots of questions now… - RosalindaAug 8, 2023Great place for doggies

they were so welcoming to me and my pup. $7 for admission and we spent about an hour. warning though the middle exhibit turns on unexpectedly so my pup got a little startled!

Cade seriously seemed like he was interested in the displays! very pet friendly and great spots to get pictures!
- NateOct 21, 2022Dog Friendly
I’m not much of a UFO guy but when you crash land in Roswell, why not! Museum is cheap and with a military discount it was even cheaper. But they welcomed our dog and pictures of Lucy with aliens was worth the price of admission alone.
- KaraOct 6, 2022Great time with the pup!
Cool museum and very dog friendly. Great place to stop and let the pup cool down while out and about.

We liked that we were able to take our dogs inside, but the man at the front desk refused to talk to me and would only talk to my husband. He even went as far as to tell me to “hold on” and put his hand up to stop me from talking before looking at my husband and wanting him to speak. This made my husband upset as well as me. We walked through it, took us all of 5 minutes. We would’ve enjoyed it more I feel if we would’ve been greeted better. One upside was there was a grassy area to walk the dogs by the building, it was by the road though so hold those leashes tight!
Overall I would recommend you go down the street to the Roswell UFO Spacewalk. They were super friendly to both us and our pups. It was also just a cooler experience altogether. - ChrisDec 15, 2021Quirky Great Place to Bring Fido
The museum is one of those places to say you visited. Not much content although there were quite a few articles from the early days. We had a great time taking photos of our dog with all the aliens! The staff was very nice and helped as much as possible.
- KaitlynMar 13, 2021Great Little Museum
my pup and I had a wonderful time at this attraction! soooo worth the $5 for the photo ops and fun alien facts!
- AmyNov 26, 2018Must See For Roswell
Was probably one of the worst “museums” I have been to. But you have to go to say you went. And i bought a coupon on Groupon so it was only 6 bucks for two of us. It is amazing you can bring the dog in though. If they didn’t we probably would not have stopped. Recommend to anyone passing through Roswell.
- ToniJun 27, 2018Surprising!
Who'd have thought you could bring your dog to a museum? We were nervous, but there was a sign verifying that fact as we entered the door. The only problem was the alien and spaceship exhibit matches loud noises and smoke. It scared our lab mix; she was shaking! Otherwise it was a fun couple hours. By the way, there is a small, grassy park a few feet down the street!

We were thrilled to be able to visit this museum with Galaxy in tow. Not very often you can do that. Learned about Roswell and UFO!s too.
