We liked that we were able to take our dogs inside, but the man at the front desk refused to talk to me and would only talk to my husband. He even went as far as to tell me to “hold on” and put his hand up to stop me from talking before looking at my husband and wanting him to speak. This made my husband upset as well as me. We walked through it, took us all of 5 minutes. We would’ve enjoyed it more I feel if we would’ve been greeted better. One upside was there was a grassy area to walk the dogs by the building, it was by the road though so hold those leashes tight!
Overall I would recommend you go down the street to the Roswell UFO Spacewalk. They were super friendly to both us and our pups. It was also just a cooler experience altogether.

Such a comfortable stay!

Yavapai Lodge

We are used to dog friendly hotels being pretty basic, but that is definitely not true for Yavapai! It was such a cute room and so close to the canyon rim, only took about 15-20 min to walk to it! Definitely recommend!

Best one yet!

Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

We’ve had to make this cross country trip many times down I-40 and we’ve never stayed at a pet friendly hotel this nice. They have a whole floor for pet friendly rooms and the rooms are HUGE. The bed was super comfortable, tons of room for our dogs, and a nice area to walk them right outside the hotel. And even though this isn’t pet related, the bathroom and shower area was spacious, updated, clean, and comfortable as well! We hope this is our last cross country drive, but if we have to do it again we will for sure be staying here! Oh, they also offer military discount 😁

Super Pet Friendly!

Roswell UFO Spacewalk

We were worried they would be weird about our dogs going in but they loved them! They were so excited to see the dogs and gave them so much lovins! You can go through as many times as you want that day and take as many pictures as you want. 5 bones for sure!
