Please obey the following rules while enjoying Winnipeg’s off-leash dog areas:
Dog owners must be present and within view of their dogs at all times.
Aggressive dogs are not allowed in off-leash areas.
Dogs must be under voice control while off-leash.
Dog owners must have a leash in hand at all times.
Female dogs in heat are not allowed in off-leash areas.
Holes dug by dogs must be filled by the dog owner.
All feces must be picked up by the dog owner and removed or deposited in waste receptacles.

Love this park and my dogs love it too! Great park with a lot of space. Multiple long paths and open space at the front for socialization!
There are a few ponds in the park which do have signs warning people to not allow their dogs in or to drink the water. There have been cases of poison in the water. Also for little dogs the water drops down without a casual decline.
How I wish the water was dog friendly as my girl LOVES water! But apart from that it is such a lovely park!
