Meeker Island Dog Park

The Meeker Island Dog Park in St. Paul, MN features a large dog run and dog beach. There is no fence surrounding the park, which is bordered by the Mississippi River and the steep river bluffs. No fence
It is not marked at all and it is misleading to categorize it as an off leash dog park—for most dogs. It is not fenced at all. While the river may act as a barrier, the “steep cliffs” are not very steep and would be easy for most dogs to climb up to the street.
