Wright's Field

Wright's Field is 245 acres of rolling grassland studded with oaks and unmarked trails. Visitors can meander around this open pet-friendly space and create loop hikes of 2-3 miles. This Alpine, CA, area is popular for equestrians, dog walkers and trail runners. No water is available, so be sure to bring your own for you and Fido. Park along South Grade Rd from the main throughway and continue for about one mile. The Back Country Land Trust maintains the land. Visit Website
