Causeway Islands Park

Causeway Islands Park is a pet-friendly destination in Sanibel, FL. Consisting of two spoil islands built and used to link the mainland to Sanibel Island, this causeway bisects San Carlos Bay a short distance from the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River that allows bay and gulf side access.
