  5 bones for the beach

  I don't use dog parks but being able to go on the beach with the dogs is awesome. People were responsible when I was there (twice), dogs were under control so you didn't have to worry all the time about intrusive or aggressive dogs and it was mostly clean.

  Why would I go to a park that requires a permit when there's a better park right down the boardwalk that doesn't? And is also separated by weight so the dogs have a freaking great time?

  I absolutely LOVE this beach! It has a fenced in park right on the dog beach off the boardwalk on poplar ave. My two dogs love to run and play in the sand. We can walk down to the ocean and take a dip too! The park has two sides one for small dogs another for larger ones. There are plenty of toys and water bowls and obstacles to entertain them. A gazebo in the middle to cool off as well. I could live here! I wish there was one closer to home. Plus the boardwalk is right there for snacks and drinks. Best time! Definitely check it out.
