    The City of Carlsbad Dog Park is a great place to take Fido to run and play off leash in Carlsbad, NM. The park is located inside of Bataan Recreation Area and includes two separate area for large and small dogs. Amenities include double-gated entry, benches, a shelter, waste stations, and lights for nighttime play.

      Nice dog park

      great dog park!! Great stopping point for my dogs to stretch their legs and run around while I put way to Ruidoso, New Mexico

      Best Southwest Dog Park We Found

      This dog park was in great shape, plenty of grass, no stickers/burrs. Huge area with dog exercise equipment. There were a few holes that are to be expected, overall a very nice place even after dark. The lighting was good all over the park.

      Great Park

      We have a little Yorkie and wish we had found this gem sooner! It’s right next to the river with two fully fenced parks separated for larger or smaller dogs (though we played in the large dog park because it has a lot more space)
