Very accommodating staff, Keisha was great, and the food on point!

amazing location and a lot of area for our dog to run. love that they offer a small dog and large dog area. owners in the park were very kind, and cleaned up after their pets. will definitely come back!

Not the Best and certainly not the worst. Very decent prices for a decent sized room and very clean. All the pet owners are lodged in the same area so sometimes when pets go back and forth from their rooms to outside area there is a bit of a barking session but other than that it’s very quiet and pet friendly. It’s very near many restaurants and there is a target, Walmart and various stores right down the road as well as 15 minutes from a very nice dog park called Duffy dog park I believe.

Great location! Great place to go. There were a few big dogs and a few little ones and we had blast! No issues at all when an area is shared with responsible owners. There are no dog bags on the beach so you must bring your own for waste but there is a shower station for pups and a water bowl provided at the life saving station. Can’t wait to come back

We did a tandem kayak tour with Murphy and Connor as our guide. It was a blast! The wind was breezy but not strong, the waves a bit choppy but nothing monstrous, it was great! Only issue was Murphy wanted to jump out of our kayak and ride with Connor lol.

We stayed in Amarillo for a month and visited this place on our last day and wish we had come more during our stay. The food was amazing and the cobbler was a definite must! They had water bowl ready for Murphy and a great covered patio for us to enjoy the day under. Definitely a revisit is in order.

This is a decent place for a small town like childress. $12/night pet fee, dryer didn’t work in laundry facility and jacuzzi isn’t super hot but it’s got the friendliest staff, our Yorkie Murphy usually has a big grassy space to take his “breaks” and it’s very quiet, the bed is very comfortable.

Had an amazing time with our boy Murphy. Great views and great weather. We had a blast on the CCC trail.

A great place for delicious food and accommodating service. Their patio is separated from their main dinning area allowing for Murphy to have a spot to hang out while we enjoyed our food. One thing is you will have to bring your own water and food bowl as they do not provide one.

My wife and I just ate there Easter Sunday with Murphy and it was a great experience! The food was amazing as were the drinks and they were very welcoming to Murphy but they didn’t have any food or water bowls so you must bring your own. Also the manager was super cool but told a story of how they’ve had to ask dog owners and their dogs to go because the dogs were too aggressive or ill mannered. So if you got a well mannered pup, then this is the place to visit.

Had a great time! Very popular park for fishing and for pets and their owners. It was very clean but owners need to make sure they bring their own poop bags as there are none provided and it shows

We Travel for a living and though this is far from the nicest room we’ve stayed at, the rooms were clean and comfortable

We have a little Yorkie and wish we had found this gem sooner! It’s right next to the river with two fully fenced parks separated for larger or smaller dogs (though we played in the large dog park because it has a lot more space)
