    Gross

I’m sorry I have tried to give this place a fair shot. Have been here a handful of times with my dogs and each time there is dog dookie EVERYWHERE, smells strongly of urine, and pet owners are either breathing down their dogs backs or not watching them at all. I witnessed a fight the first time I was here and I should have stopped coming back then. Noise of the highway is also a little loud too but that is to be expected because it’s literally under a highway. WAY better dog park options!

    Friendly and shaded

At the time that Panic and I came here it was great! The dogs and people were friendly. The park attracts younger group of dog owners and not so much of the retired generation. There was some poop here and there but not terrible as other parks. The shade was great and the road above us wasn’t loud at all. I am definitely planning on coming back. The time we went was a weekday around noon. I can’t say what it’s like on the weekend yet.

    Nice but filthy

it’s a convenient location and pretty nice size but a huge warning flag is how dirty it is. by dirty I mean there’s always smeared poop on the ground. I wouldn’t even mind if they leased a steam cleaner or gave us access to one but it’s a great location we’ve met some nice dogs there and people but I always am grossed out after we leave and must at least wash my dogs paws before coming inside as it can get gross. willing to say it has high 4.5/5 potential if cleanliness is improved.

    Dogs had fun

Visiting Tampa from NY I had two dogs with me and we stopped here one morning for the dogs to play. It’s a decent dog park with shade from the underpass and various obstacles for the dogs to play around and on. The turf wasn’t filthy but I can see how it would be hard or not cleaned after a dog with soft stool. The dogs obviously did not care. They had a blast.

    Great Idea But...

DOg owners ruin it for everybody by bringing sick dogs and not picking up. The turf is filthy and would never bring my dog back.

    Great Community

This park is great. They have a small dog and large dog area. It is under an overpass so no need for sunscreen. Everyone is friendly. They have bags and water. This place was relaxed and close to other great outing opportunities. Tampa Bay is very dog friendly.

    Great Park!

This is the best park in the area - under the highway so it’s shaded. Large play area for big and small dogs. There’s no water features but water fountain access. Agility equipment is nice too. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Agility features, all shade, big/small

    Cons: Lack of water features

    Fun and Shady

This dog park is AWESOME! So big, room to sit while the pups are playing, water provided, and it is under shade so you never have to worry about being too hot. Loved it!
