White Clay Creek State Park

White Clay Creek State Park is a dog-friendly destination in Newark, DE. There are over 37 miles of trails in this park that you and Fido can explore, including some interesting pathways around Possum Hill and the Judge Morris Estate, which is a building that dates all the way back to 1790. Within the park, many visitors and their dogs take to Chestnut Hill Trail, a moderately challenging mutli-use trail which leads hikers through heavily forested areas with trickling creeks, and across open meadows.
