Dogs are welcome at Blackwater River State Park, a pet-friendly park in Milton, FL. Along the banks of this 56.6 mile river that starts in Alabama and ends at the Florida panhandle, sits this state park that offers you and Fido a number of forested nature trails to explore. Picnicking is one of the most popular activities in the area and offers you a chance to relax in picturesque surroundings when you're tired of stomping the trails. Fido is welcome to join you on campgrounds as well, but they aren't allowed on beaches or in the water.
