Barnacle Historic State Park

Barnacle Historic State Park is a dog-friendly attraction in the Coconut Grove area of Miami, FL. The Barnacle itself is a house built in 1891, a throwback to a bygone era. Although Fido can't go inside the building, you can explore the 5 acres of land surrounding it together, including a winding buggy trail through the hammock and forest that still remains intact. There is an entrance fee to visit the park, and pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Visit Website

Or call (305) 442-6866 for more information.

    Cool place!

Plenty of shade on the property as well as seating near the water. $2/per person entree fee for the park (does not include the house tour), and on street parking available nearby. Dogs aren’t allowed inside the house.

    Super relaxing

Super relaxing area with lots of space and things to look at, the doggos aren't allowed inside the houses but even just being outside is a wonderful view.
