Reid State Park
Dogs are welcome to join their owners at Reid State Park in Georgetown, Maine. This pet-friendly park is popular among visitors because of the white sandy beaches. When you visit Griffith Head in the park, you'll discover a rocky headland that overlooks the rest of the park and a number of seascapes. There are a number of lighthouses in the area as well, including on Sequin Island and Hendricks Head. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on State Park beaches in Maine between April 1 and September 30. You can bring Fido with you around the park if they are on a leash under six feet, as long as you clean up any mess after them. Reid State Park is open every day of the week from 9am until 5pm.

A favorite destination of my previous dog’s. Looking forward to introducing my new one soon.
