Cascade River State Park
Dogs are welcome to join their owners at the pet-friendly Cascade River State Park in Lutsen, MN, where the grand falls are the main attraction. Bring Fido with you to hike the trail that weaves through birch, spruce and white cedar. Along the way, you'll discover views of Lake Superior, the largest freshwater lake in the world. For dogs who like long walks, the Superior Hiking Trail and the North Shore State Trail are accessible from the park. Please keep your pup leashed at all times and clean up after him.

Brought our pup here for our 1st family vacation. Trails we easily accessible for him and he was able to check out the water. I was nervous when we crossed a high bridge and looked over areas with cliffs. He did fine and really enjoyed his visit.
