Frontenac State Park
Frontenac State Park is a dog-friendly recreation area in Frontenac, MN. The centerpiece of the park is Lake Pepin, a wide span of water that provides the wildlife with a diverse habitat to live in, including bald eagles, hawks and shorebirds. The surrounding area of the park is made up of bluffland, prairie, floodplain forest and upland hardwood forest. This varied landscape can be explored on the 13 miles of pet-friendly trails. When you're exploring the park, make sure you keep Fido on a leash and clean up after him.
