Hayes Lake State Park

Hayes Lake State Park in Roseau, MN is dog friendly. Located just down the road from the small city of Roseau, the centerpiece of the park is Hayes Lake. There are thirteen miles of hiking trails that weave around the area, including lake and riverside wooded pathways, ideal for exercise with Fido. During the summer, you'll discover orchids, gentians and blueberries growing wild around the park. Dogs are welcome on a leash under six feet, as long as all mess is cleaned up after them.
