Red River State Recreation Area in East Grand Forks, MN is dog friendly. This 1,200-acre greenway is a great place for dogs and their owners to get some exercise and relax together. There are a number of different trails throughout the park, some of them paved, for dogs and their owners to explore. When you're ready for lunch, you can stop at one of the pretty picnic areas. Dogs must be on a leash while in the park and owners should clean up any mess that they leave behind.
